Welcome to XPOLE Academy By enrolling in our classes, workshops, or events, or by using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrolment & Registration

All students must complete registration before attending classes.
Parents/guardians must register on behalf of students under 18.
Spaces in classes are subject to availability and confirmed only upon payment.

2. Payments & Refunds

Class fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
Classes must be cancelled within 24 hours to receive a class credit or refund.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.
If you miss the warm up you will not be allowed entry.
Repeated lateness or absence may affect class placement or performance opportunities.

4. Health & Safety

Students participate at their own risk. XPOLE Academy / Iguana Pole Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or performances.
Students (or guardians) must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation.
Proper attire must be worn to ensure safety.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour toward instructors, staff, and fellow students is required at all times.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in dismissal without refund.
Studio property and facilities must be treated with care.

6. Media & Photography

XPOLE Academy may take photos or videos of classes, rehearsals, and performances for promotional use.
If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before enrolment.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending classes, you acknowledge that our classes involves physical activity and accept the risk of injury. You agree not to hold XPOLE Academy , Iguana Pole Fitness its staff, or instructors responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

8. Cancellations & Changes

XPOLE Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, an alternative class or credit will be offered.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will only be used for class administration, safety, and communication.
We will not share your information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. XPOLE Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the latest version.
