Reformer :  Strength, Alignment, and Movement Re-Defined

Reformer Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates, the founder of the entire Pilates method. He designed the original reformer apparatus in the early 1900s as part of his system of “Contrology,” using springs, pulleys, and resistance to help people build strength, alignment, and controlled movement.  Pilates has always been popular with all ages and Reformer Pilates studios have been popping up all over the world.  Although there are now many different forms of classes and styles that are now taught, we wanted to create a mix of styles so that everyone and anyone can enjoy the sessions. 

Reformer is a dynamic, full-body training method designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility—all with the support and challenge of the reformer. Using a system of springs, pulleys, and a gliding carriage, the reformer offers resistance that meets you exactly where you are, making it ideal for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
