What do I wear? For your first class we recommend form fitting clothing, leggings and sports wear. After a few lessons you will need shorts for Pole. If attending aerial classes we recommend that you cover your knees and armpits.

Can I just turn up? It is imperative that you book online prior to arrival. You can book via our booking system team up.

Can I pay Cash? No we do not accept cash, please book all classes via our booking system.

I’ve never done pole or aerial before, can I take a class? Of course! We would suggest booking a session in one of our beginner classes, and working your way up.
