Dress code: It is recommended to wear sportswear (sports bra, short sleeved t-shirt and shorts). Leggings/tracksuit bottoms can be put over the top of your shorts for moves that do not require grip.
The class will start with a group warm up and we will then get straight to the fun! Learn various fun moves, spins and tricks or maybe you would like to participate in a dance routine of your choice. This package will also include games, completion certificates for all participants, a digital group photo followed by a glass of prosecco to end your fun class!
